Vertical Arabic Calligraphy — Acrylic Islamic Wall Art
A single column of Arabic calligraphy, drawn as one continuous line. A long vertical stem runs the full height of the panel like a drawn-out alif, and the lettering gathers around it in two matched clusters — each one a deep crescent sweeping out to the left and a tight, eyed knot folding back to the right. The strokes carry the chiselled heads and hairline tapers of a Thuluth-style hand, and the piece closes at the foot with a small faceted finial. It is cut as one piece, not a set of panels.
Tall and narrow, it suits the places a wide frame cannot go: beside a doorway, in the strip of wall between two windows, at the turn of a staircase, or above a console in an entrance hall. A matched pair either side of a mirror reads well. In gloss piano black the line stays graphic and quiet against a pale wall. Mirror gold warms the whole column and catches lamplight after dark. Mirror chrome silver is the coolest of the three and sits easily with grey, stone and brushed metal.
- Material: 3mm cast acrylic, cut on the CO2 laser in our own Dubai workshop.
- Finishes: gloss piano black, mirror gold, or mirror chrome silver.

- Mounting: float-mounted — it sits off the wall rather than flat against it.
- Made in the UAE: drawn, cut and finished in our Dubai workshop.
- Gifting: a quiet housewarming or wedding gift for someone who reads calligraphy as line rather than ornament.
