Frequently asked questions
In our own workshop in Dubai. Every piece is drawn, laser-cut, de-burred and finished here — we do not import finished stock and re-badge it. That is also why we can change a size or a finish for you: the machine and the material are in the room.
Cast acrylic, 3 mm as standard. Gloss piano black is a solid cast sheet; mirror gold and mirror silver are mirrored acrylic, which gives you the look of metal at a fraction of the weight and with no risk of the shattering you get with glass mirror. Thicker acrylic is available to order where a design needs more presence.
Gloss piano black, mirror gold and mirror silver are stocked, and most designs are offered in three sizes between roughly 40 cm and 80 cm across. We are not limited to those three finishes or to 3 mm — other colours, thicknesses and sizes are made to order. Message us with the design and your wall measurement and we will quote it before you buy.
Pieces are cut to order, so allow 1–3 working days in the workshop and then 1–2 days in transit — about 2 to 5 days door to door. Large sets and personalised work sit at the longer end. If you have a date to hit, tell us before you order and we will say honestly whether we can make it.
Yes — all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Delivery starts at AED 30 and is the same charge everywhere. Cash on delivery is available.
Most pieces are float-mounted so they stand a few millimetres off the wall and throw a soft shadow; fixings are included. Acrylic is light — a 60 cm piece weighs a few hundred grams — so on plasterboard the adhesive pads supplied are usually enough, with no drilling. On concrete or block walls, use the plugs in the box.
A good rule above a sofa or console is for the piece to span roughly two thirds of the furniture below it. Over a three-seat sofa that usually means 80 cm; over a console or in a hallway, 60 cm; in a bedroom alcove or beside a door, 40 cm. Every listing carries a size guide photographed against a wall so you can judge it.
Yes, in English and Arabic — names, wedding dates, house numbers, a chosen ayah or du'a. We send a proof for you to approve before anything is cut. Personalised pieces are made for one customer and are not returnable, which is exactly why we proof them first.
Yes — office signage, reception walls, Ramadan and Eid gifting, event giveaways and branded pieces. Tell us the quantity and the deadline and we will come back with pricing and a realistic schedule.
If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we remake it — acrylic travels well, but accidents happen. If it simply does not suit the room, return it within 7 days unused and in its original packing; return shipping is paid by the customer. Personalised pieces are the exception.
A dry microfibre cloth, or a barely damp one for marks. Never use glass cleaner, alcohol or anything with ammonia — those craze acrylic over time. Do not wipe a dusty piece hard with a dry cloth; lift the dust off rather than dragging it across the surface.
Cast acrylic is UV stable and will not yellow the way cheaper extruded sheet or printed canvas does. Mirror finishes are best kept out of direct, all-day sun simply because heat and reflected glare are hard on any mirrored surface — an inside wall or one that catches morning light is ideal.
