Shipping and delivery

We deliver across all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Made to order

Every piece is cut to order in our own Dubai workshop. Allow 1–3 working days for cutting and finishing before dispatch. Large sets and personalised pieces sit at the longer end of that window; we send a proof for personalised work and the clock starts when you approve it.

Transit times

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: usually the next day after dispatch.
• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain: 1–2 days after dispatch.
• Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, east coast: about 2 days after dispatch.

Door to door, most orders arrive within 2–5 days of being placed.

Delivery charges

Delivery starts from AED 30 and is the same charge to every emirate. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on delivery is available.

Fragile items

Acrylic, mirrors and framed pieces ship flat with corner protection. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right with a remake or a full refund.

Multi-piece designs

Multi-piece wall installations (large clocks with separate numerals, panel sets) are delivered as component kits with fixings and a template included, as described on each product page.
