Shipping and delivery

We deliver across all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Processing times

• Ready-made items: dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Personalised and made-to-order items: crafted for you and typically dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on the piece.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-delivery offers are applied automatically at checkout.

Fragile items

Acrylic, mirrors and framed pieces are packed with protective care. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Large wall pieces and DIY clocks

Multi-piece wall installations (large DIY clocks, wall arrangements) are delivered as component kits with installation materials included, as described on each product page.
