These terms govern your use of acryhome.com and any purchase you make from Acryhome. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to display our products accurately; however, slight variations in colour and finish can occur between screens and physical products, and handmade or engraved pieces may vary slightly from the photographs. Product dimensions and materials are stated on each product page.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — in which case you will be refunded in full.

Personalised items

For personalised and made-to-order pieces, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text, spelling, and any photos you provide. Production begins after your order is placed, and personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery timing and charges are shown at checkout and described in our shipping policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, images, text and branding — belongs to Acryhome and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law. Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
