Surah Al-Falaq Calligraphy — Acrylic Islamic Wall Art

The complete text of Surah Al-Falaq, the Daybreak, drawn in classical Thuluth. The opening word qul stands tall at the right of the panel, its long alif and deep bowl anchoring the whole composition, while the five verses run across two stacked lines beside it — from a‘udhu bi-rabbi’l-falaq through to wa min sharri hasidin idha hasad. The letters interlock the way Thuluth is meant to, with the vowel marks threaded into the gaps rather than floating loose above them, so each line reads as one solid woven band rather than a row of separate words.

It is a wide piece, a little over half as tall as it is broad, which suits the places a long horizontal reads best: above a sofa or console, along a hallway, over a bed, or on the wall facing the door in a majlis. At 120 cm wide it stands about 77 cm tall, so check your drop before choosing the largest size. Gloss piano black holds the sharpest edge against a pale wall and keeps the script graphic. Mirror gold warms under lamplight and lifts off deeper paint. Mirror chrome silver stays cooler and more neutral, and sits well with grey, stone and glass.
