Shahada & Bismillah Oval — Acrylic Islamic Wall Art

An oval panel carrying the two lines that open most Muslim homes. At the top the Bismillah is drawn as a circular Thuluth roundel, its four long ascenders rising clear of the knot of letters beneath them. Across the widest part of the oval runs the Shahada — there is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah — set in two interlocking Thuluth lines that share their uprights. Mirrored arabesque stems climb each side and meet in a floral flourish at the base, closing the composition like a wreath rather than leaving the two texts floating apart.

The oval is wider than it is tall, which suits the walls a square piece fights: above a sofa, over a console or sideboard, along the run of wall above a bed or a dining buffet. At 120 cm wide it stands about 99 cm tall, so check your drop before ordering the largest size. Gloss piano black reads as a quiet silhouette on pale walls and lets the cut edges do the work. Mirror gold warms under lamplight and carries the most presence of the three. Mirror chrome silver stays cooler and brighter, and sits well in rooms with steel or glass.
