Qul Thuluth Calligraphy Panel — Acrylic Islamic Wall Art

A wide two-line composition in classical Thuluth script, anchored by an oversized قل — Qul, “Say” — the word that opens several surahs of the Qur’an. Its deep qāf bowl and tall lām run down the right-hand side and carry the weight of the whole panel. The two lines of script fill the remaining width in dense, tightly interlocked letterforms, upright shafts rising in an even rhythm with the vowel marks scattered between them. It is drawn as a single connected piece, so the gaps between the strokes become part of the artwork rather than cut-away waste.

The proportions are landscape — roughly half as tall as it is wide — which suits a sofa wall, a long hallway, a majlis, or the stretch above a sideboard or headboard where an upright piece would sit awkwardly. At 120 cm wide it stands about 79 cm tall, so measure your run of wall first. Gloss piano black reads as a clean silhouette against pale paint and is the quietest of the three. Mirror gold warms under lamplight and borrows colour from the room. Mirror chrome silver is cooler and more architectural, and holds up well against grey, stone or concrete.
