Mihrab Arch Panel — Calligraphy Framed by Persian Weave Columns
Built as a mihrab — the niche that marks the direction of prayer. Two columns of woven Persian carpet rise on either side and meet in a scalloped arch overhead, framing a calm sage-ivory centre.
Inside the arch, the inscription is set out in measured rows of raised letterforms, with a finer relief inscription running as a border along the top and bottom edges. The whole surface is textured rather than printed: the carpet is real weave, the lettering stands proud of the ground.
Finished in a pale ivory-and-gold moulding. A wide, low piece, made for the long wall behind a sofa.
Made to order. Built and finished for you after you order, which is why it takes 20 days rather than coming off a shelf.
Delivery is charged per emirate, from AED 30 in Dubai to AED 60 for Fujairah, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay — cash on delivery is available. Standard pieces can be returned within 7 days, unused and in their original packing (return shipping is paid by the customer); personalised and made-to-order pieces are made for you and are not returnable unless faulty.
