Hearts Find Rest — Thuluth Calligraphy Acrylic Wall Art

One unbroken line of Thuluth, the letters leaning into one another and carrying the eye right to left with nothing to interrupt them — no frame, no border, only the script and the wall behind it. Each piece is cut from cast acrylic in our own workshop and float-mounted, so it stands a little off the plaster and carries its own soft shadow.

The words are the Quranic phrase commonly rendered in English as “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest” (Surah Ar-Ra’d). It settles a room rather than filling it — a quiet horizontal above a majlis seating run, along a hallway, or above a console or doorway. In gloss piano black the script reads like ink; in mirror gold or mirror silver it takes up whatever light the room is already giving.
