Happy Diwali Lotus Roundel — Acrylic Wall Art

A single open lotus beneath a hand-drawn Happy Diwali, the whole thing held inside a fine ring. The script sits high and loose, the way it would be written rather than typed, and the flower below opens in five broad petals with a narrow pair of leaves either side. The ring is cut as one continuous line, so the piece reads as a wreath rather than a plaque.

It is a seasonal piece that does not have to be packed away. Hung on its own it marks the festival; left up through the year it reads simply as a lotus roundel, which is why we cut it in the same three finishes as the rest of the range. Gloss piano black keeps it graphic against a pale wall; mirror gold catches the diya light that Diwali brings into a room; mirror chrome silver stays cooler and picks up whatever sits opposite. Float mounting holds it off the wall so a soft shadow falls behind the cut.
