Full Shahada Teardrop — Acrylic Islamic Wall Art
The complete Shahada — both testimonies — drawn as a single teardrop. أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأشهد أن محمداً رسول الله fills the rounded body in classical Thuluth, the letters interlocking rather than sitting in lines. The crossed lam-alif of لا إله إلا الله cuts across the centre, محمداً رسول الله is carried broad and low beneath it, and the vowel marks sit in the gaps as small separate shapes. Above the circle the upright strokes gather and taper into one long spire, with the word الله drawn into it so the name crowns the piece. No border and no outer ring — the silhouette is the calligraphy itself.
It is a tall, narrow piece: at the 80 cm width it stands roughly 119 cm from the tip of the spire to the lower edge, so check your drop before ordering. The smaller widths suit the walls that usually go empty — a hallway between two doors, the strip beside a staircase, the corner of a majlis, the wall of a prayer room. Gloss piano black gives the sharpest reading of the letterforms against pale plaster. Mirror gold warms under lamplight and takes on the colour of the room around it. Mirror chrome silver stays cooler and more architectural against grey or dark paint.
- Material: 3mm cast acrylic, cut on the CO2 laser in our own Dubai workshop.
- Finishes: gloss piano black, mirror gold, or mirror chrome silver.
- Sizes: stated by width — 40, 50, 60 and 80 cm; height scales in proportion to roughly 60, 75, 90 and 119 cm.
- Mounting: float-mounted — it sits off the wall rather than flat against it.
- Made in the UAE: drawn, cut and finished in our Dubai workshop.
- Gifting: suits a wedding, a nikah or a housewarming — the text is the declaration of faith rather than an occasion greeting, so it stays on the wall all year.
