Acrylic & Arabic Calligraphy Wall Art in Sharjah

Sharjah is a twenty-minute run from our workshop, which makes it one of the quickest deliveries we do after Dubai itself. Pieces are cut to order — 1–3 working days on the bench — and then usually with you the next day.

Calligraphy in the emirate that takes it seriously

Sharjah is the one emirate where we never have to explain what we do. This is the home of the Sharjah Calligraphy Museum and the Islamic Arts Festival, and it shows in what people order: proportionally more Arabic calligraphy than anywhere else in the UAE, and more interest in the script itself — customers here ask whether a piece is Thuluth or Diwani, and they are usually right.

Our calligraphy is cut from drawings rather than typed out in a font, which matters if you know the difference. The Thuluth pieces keep their proper ligatures and the harakat sit where a calligrapher would place them, not where a vector trace happens to drop them.

Delivery across Sharjah

From AED 30, cash on delivery available, to Al Majaz, Al Khan, Al Taawun, Al Qasimia, Al Nahda, Al Qulayaah, Muwaileh, University City, Al Suyoh, Tilal City, Maryam Island and Al Rahmaniya, and out to Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hisn on the east coast — those three take a day longer because of the drive.

Sizing for Sharjah apartments and villas

Sharjah's housing stock is weighted towards large family apartments and older villas, which generally means solid block walls and generous but busy living rooms. Two practical notes. First, block walls need the plugs supplied rather than adhesive pads — budget five minutes with a drill. Second, in a room that already has patterned majlis seating and a carpet working hard, a single ornate roundel in gloss piano black usually reads better than a multi-piece hang; black is quiet enough to sit over pattern without competing.

If the wall is plain and pale, mirror gold is the opposite argument — it lifts a flat wall and picks up whatever light the room is holding.

Ramadan, Eid and family gifting

Ramadan and Eid is our busiest season in Sharjah by a wide margin — calligraphy panels, Eidi envelopes and serving trays. Order early in Ramadan rather than in the last week: we cut to order, and the queue is real. For weddings and housewarming we can cut a name or a date into the piece; personalised work is proofed with you before anything goes on the laser.

Beyond the three stocked finishes

Gloss piano black, mirror gold and mirror silver are what we hold. They are not the limit — other colours, other acrylic thicknesses and sizes outside the 40–80 cm range are made to order. If you have a specific wall and a specific verse in mind, send us the measurement and we will quote it before you commit.
