Bismillah panoramic calligraphy in black acrylic hung above a dining table

Most delivery pages promise next-day and then explain in the small print why it was not. We would rather set the expectation correctly up front, because everything we sell is cut to order and that genuinely changes the arithmetic.

Why nothing ships the same day

We do not hold finished stock. When you order a 60 cm Ayat al-Kursi in mirror gold, that exact piece does not exist yet — a sheet of mirrored cast acrylic goes on the laser, the piece is cut, the protective film comes off, the edges are checked, the fixings and size guide go in the box. That is 1 to 3 working days, and it is the honest floor.

The upside of the same fact is that we can change things. A size we do not list, a finish outside gloss piano black, mirror gold and mirror silver, a different acrylic thickness, a name cut into the piece — all possible, because the material and the machine are in the room. A warehouse selling from stock cannot do any of that, but it can ship today. Choose accordingly.

Transit, by emirate

Emirate Transit after cutting Typical total
Dubai Usually next day 2–4 days
Sharjah, Ajman Usually next day 2–4 days
Umm Al Quwain 1–2 days 3–5 days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain 1–2 days 3–5 days
Ras Al Khaimah 2 days 4–5 days
Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, Kalba 2 days 4–5 days

Delivery starts at AED 30 and is the same charge to every emirate — we do not price Fujairah differently from Dubai. Cash on delivery is available everywhere.

Umm Al Quwain and the northern run

Umm Al Quwain sits on the same northern route as Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. We cover Al Salamah, Al Raas, Al Humrah, Al Haditha, Al Riqqah, Al Khor, Dreamland, Falaj Al Mualla and the UAQ Free Zone, and addresses outside the town are no problem at all.

One request that saves everybody a wasted trip: drop a map pin rather than a street name. Addressing in the northern emirates is loose, and a pin gets the driver to you first time. The same goes for villas in Falaj Al Mualla and anywhere off the main roads.

What makes an order take longer

  • Made-to-order sizes and finishes. Add a few days; we will give you a date when we quote.
  • Personalised pieces. We send a proof for you to approve before anything is cut, so the clock does not start until you reply. Personalised work is also not returnable, which is exactly why we proof it.
  • Large sets. A three- or four-panel hang is three or four cuts, not one.
  • Ramadan and Eid. The two weeks before each are our busiest, and the queue is real.

Ordering for a deadline

If you need something for a specific date — a wedding, a handover, the first night of Ramadan — do two things. Order three weeks out, and tell us the date before you order. We will say honestly whether it is possible, and if it is not we will say that too rather than take the money and hope.

When it arrives

Fixings are in the box, along with a size guide. Check the piece before you sign if you can — acrylic travels well, but if something has been damaged in transit, send us a photo and we remake it. There is no argument about this; we would rather cut a replacement than have a broken piece on someone's wall.

If it simply does not suit the room, return it within 7 days unused and in its original packing, with return shipping paid by the customer. Personalised pieces are the exception.
